Electroless nickel plating: protection and enhancement of every surface
The electroless nickel plating treatment enhances the base metal, giving it corrosion resistance and friction resistance not achievable with other types of layer. To these qualities is added homogeneous deposition over the entire surface, which avoids subsequent mechanical machining and allows the coated part to move directly to assembly and/or use.

We have the largest electroless nickel plating plant in the world, able to coat parts up to a weight of 58 tonnes and dimensions well beyond 5 metres in length and 2.6 metres in diameter. We have no limits on quantity or size, but every single part of ours must meet our quality standards, which are the highest on the market.
